Amends Chapter 27 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code to extend the date by which applicable legacy projects must obtain the required building permit from 12-31-2022 to 6-16-2023, allowing Community Planning and Development the additional time required to review all applicable legacy plans submitted prior to the passage of Expanding Housing Affordability.
