Approves the following Mayoral reappointments to the Colfax-Mayfair Business Improvement District Board of Directors: Christian Anderson and Jamie Harris for terms effective immediately and expiring on 3-31-22; Daniel P. Murray and Barbara Macfarlane for terms effective immediately and expiring on 3-31-23; and Candace Laine Wickstrom for a term effective immediately and expiring on 3-31-24, or until a successor is duly appointed. The Committee approved filing this item by consent on 3-31-20.

To approve the Mayoral appointments and reappointment of the following individuals to the Colfax Mayfair BID:
In an effort to correct term expiration dates and to stagger terms, members are being reappointed for three and four- year terms. Term end dates will change from December 30 to March 31.
Christian Anderson, Denver to serve as a tenant representative for a term expiring March 31, 2022, reappointed;
Jamie Harris, Denver to serve as a property owner and developer for a term expiring March 31, 2022, reappointed;
Daniel P. Murray, Denver to serve as an occupant property owner for a term expiring March 31, 2023, reappointed;
Barbara Macfarlane, Denver to serve as an occupant property owner for a term expiring March 31, 2023, reappointed;
Candace Laine Wickstrom, Denver to serve as an occupant property owner for a term expiring March 31, 2024, reappointed.
