A resolution approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Los Cerezos LLC to cover additional projected costs for landscaping and snow removal services, citywide.
Amends a contract with Los Cerezos LLC to extend the end term of the contract from 9-30-2023 to 9-30-2025 and increase the maximum amount of the contract from $475,000 to $1,000,000 to cover additional projected costs for landscaping and snow removal services, citywide GENRL 202369406-01/GENRL-202265734. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 11-6-2023. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 10-3-2023.
