A resolution approving a proposed Seventh Amendatory Agreement by and between the City and County of Denver and CenturyLink Communications, LLC f/k/a Qwest Communications Company, LLC to provide maintenance service to the City's 911 phone switches and supporting systems.
Adds one year and $500,000 to the[WF1] contract with CenturyLink Communications for a new end date of 12-31-17 and total contract of $2,971,588.63 for the installation, maintenance and repair of new Denver 911 telephony systems at multiple locations to support 911 operations citywide (TECHS-CE76017-07). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 3-13-17. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 2-7-17.
