Amends a contract with Exterro, Inc., adding $1,544,467 for a new total of $4,873,344.19 and three years for a new ending date of 10-31-2027 for continued use and support of the Exterro Fusion Platform for Legal Hold Management software used by the City Attorney’s Office for legal holds, data preservation, and electronic discovery, citywide (TECHS-201524522-00/TECHS-202474572-04).
