A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Third Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and the Housing Authority of the City and County of Denver, Colorado to extend the term of the contract and increase the maximum contract amount for the development of additional accessory dwelling units as part of the West Denver Renaissance Collaborative Single Family Plus ADU Pilot program, citywide.
Amends a contract with the Housing Authority of the City and County of Denver by adding $800,000 for a new total of $1,930,000 and 2 years for a new ending date of 12-31-2026 to increase the number of units in the existing West Denver Renaissance Collaborative Single Family Plus ADU Pilot program agreement, citywide (HOST-20184654/HOST-202475080).
