A bill for an ordinance authorizing the purchase of capital equipment from the Capital Improvements and Capital Maintenance Fund.
Approves the one-time capital purchase of a Vehicle Mounted Retrometer for a cost of $82,200 to be utilized to record the retro-reflectivity of pavement markings, and to measure how bright pavement marking appear at night when illuminated by vehicle headlights (0000056452). The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 10-27-16.
