The City receives an incentive payment for parks capital maintenance from the Winter Park Recreational Association (WPRA) per the terms of the Winter Park Lease and Operating Agreement by September 30th of each year. The 2017 incentive payment from WPRA has been received in the amount of $1,613,293. Of this amount, $600K has already been included in the 2017 CIP budget.
