Approves a contract with DEN DN - BIG C, LLC, also doing business as Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh, for $399,730 annually and for seven years for food concessions on the B Concourse at Denver International Airport (201840101). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 6-4-18. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 5-2-18.

DEN DN - BIG C, LLC., (formerly known as CAC - Hill Partnership Joint Venture, Inc., dba Schlotzsky's) has earned the PVC Program Benefit for the new concept, Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh on B Concourse. After negotiations with DEN DN - BIG C, LLC., the Concessionaire has agreed to re-concept to the new Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh concept on B Concourse and have agreed to invest a minimum of $456,675.00 into the new concession concept.
