State law requires a public hearing be conducted prior to City Council approving a Service Plan for a new metropolitan district with 20 days’ notice prior to the hearing.  The public hearing for Boulevard at Lowry Metropolitan District is anticipated to be July 9^th, 2018.  The metro district’s primary purpose will be to finance, construct and maintain public infrastructure supporting commercial development at the site near 1^st and Quebec.
