Approves a one-year $1,272,957 intergovernmental agreement with Denver Health and Hospital Authority for outpatient ambulatory care, oral health care, mental health services, early intervention services, substance abuse treatment, and medical transportation services to certain individuals living with HIV/AIDS in Denver (ENVHL - 201843491 - 00).
