Sets a public hearing before City Council on 9-17-18 to approve the service plans for the formation and establishment of the Hurley Place Residential Metropolitan District and Hurley Place Commercial Metropolitan District in Council District 9. State law requires a public hearing be conducted prior to City Council approving the Service Plan for a new metropolitan district with 20 days' notice prior to the hearing. The public hearing for the two districts is anticipated to be September 17th, 2018. The metro district's primary purpose will be to finance, construct and maintain public infrastructure supporting residential and commercial uses.
