Amends a contract with the Denver Health and Hospital Authority to extend the contract term ten months through 12-31-16 and increase funding in the amount of $56,405.06 for a new total of $785,764.44 for health care and developing school readiness for Denver Great Kids Head Start Program (MOEAI – 201311626-03).
