Amends an intergovernmental agreement with the State of Colorado by extending the contract term for an additional year through 06-30-17 and adding an additional $640,641 to the revenue amount for a total of $1,207,003 for reimbursement for the Department of Environmental Health’s Public Health Inspection Division’s Child Care Facility Inspection Program to provide services related to childcare facility inspections (ENVHL-201521228-01).
