(NEIGHBORHOODS AND PLANNING) Approves Text Amendment #9 to create the new D-AS-12+ (downtown, Arapahoe Square, 12 stories+) and D-AS-20+ (20 stories+) zone districts as well as a new Design Advisory Board for the Arapahoe Square neighborhood in Council District 9.
