(FINANCE & SERVICES) Approves the 2560 Welton Street Intergovernmental Agreement among Denver Urban Renewal Authority, the City and County of Denver and School District No. 1 for the 2560 Welton Street Project to establish, among other matters, the parameters for tax increment financing with incremental property taxes,in Council District 9. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 6-13-16. The Committee approved filing this bill by at its meeting on 5-3-16.
