A bill for an ordinance approving the 2560 Welton Street Letter of Agreement among the City and County of Denver, The Denver Urban Renewal Authority and Urban Drainage and Flood Control District for the 2560 Welton Street Project to establish parameters for tax increment financing. (FINANCE & SERVICES) Approves the 2560 Welton Street Letter of Agreement among Denver Urban Renewal Authority (“DURA”), the City and County of Denver and Urban Drainage and Flood Control District (“UDFC”) for the 2560 Welton Street Project to establish, among other matters, the parameters for tax increment financing with incremental property taxes in Council District 9. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 6-13-16. The Committee approved filing this bill by at its meeting on 5-3-16.
