A resolution approving a proposed Fifth Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Clearesult Consulting, Inc., formerly Populus, LLC, for technical advisor training and project support as part of the Denver Energy Challenge.
(SAFETY & WELL-BEING) Adds $680,625 and two years to the contract with Clearesult Consulting, Inc. through 10-31-18 for a new total of $2,788,992 to support the Denver energy efficiency financing program for residents and businesses (ENVHL-201204731). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 6-27-16. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 5-19-16.
