(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Approves a three-year $5,607,581.34 on-call contract with Sky Blue Builders for installation of protected bicycle lane and neighborhood bikeway facilities including curb and drainage reconfiguration, pavement markings, bicycle loop and rack parking, and signage (201626972). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 7-11-16. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 5-19-16.
