A bill for an ordinance designating certain property as “park” under section 2.4.5 of the City Charter which is to be incorporated into and known as Summit Lake Park, a Denver Mountain Park.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Approves the addition of 1.83 acres to the existing Summit Lake Park located in Clear Creek County. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 6-20-16. The Committee approved filing this bill by consent on 5-19-16.
