A resolution approving a proposed Third Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and CH2M Hill, Inc. for professional program management services for the Public Infrastructure Improvement Program.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Adds $438,000 and 18 months to the on-call contract with CH2M Hill for a new total and end date of $19,991,399 and 12-31-17 for continued program and project management of the Better Denver Bond Program (OC85035-3). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 7-18-16. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 6-2-16.
