A resolution amending the revocable permit granted by Resolution No. 44, Series of 2010, to Denver Bike Sharing to encroach into the right-of-way with a bicycle docking station at 2490 N. Broadway.
(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) Adds 61 square feet (for a total of 291 square feet) to the public right-of-way encroachment granted to Denver Bike Sharing at 2490 North Broadway to expand the docking station footprint in Council District 9. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 6-2-16.
