A bill for an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 156, Series of 2004, concerning establishing the “Drug Strategy Donations” Special Revenue Fund and changing it to “Drug Strategy and Behavioral Health Donations” Special Revenue Fund. (FINANCE & SERVICES) Expands the purpose of the Office of Drug Strategy Donations program and accompanying fund (fund number 13703) to include behavioral health and to receive and administer donations for drug strategy and behavioral health programs and efforts. The Committee approved filing this bill at its meeting on 6-14-16.
