(INFRASTRUCTURE & CULTURE) pproves a four-month $591,201.04 contract with B & M Construction, Inc. for construction of approximately 5,400 square feet of new tenant space on the third floor of the Ellie Caulkins Opera House (201627352). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 7-18-16. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 6-16-16.
