A resolution approving a proposed Escrow Agreement between the City and County of Denver and H.C. Peck and Associates, Inc., to process relocation payments within the National Western Center Project.
(FINANCE & SERVICES) Approves a $55 million agreement with H.C. Peck and Associates, Inc. through 12-31-20 to process relocation payments to impacted owners and tenants within the National Western Center Project. (FINAN 201628161). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 7-18-16. The Committee approved filing this resoltuion at its meeting on 6-14-16.
