A resolution approving a proposed Second Amendment to Concession Agreement and Revival between the City and County of Denver and HJB Convenience Corporation, d/b/a Russell's for the operation of a retail convenience store in the Webb Municipal Building.
(FINANCE & SERVICES) Adds $153,750 and five years to the concession agreement with HJB Convenience Corporation, doing business as Russell's for a convenience store in the Wellington Webb Municipal Office Building (FINAN RC25022-02). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 7-18-16. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 6-16-16.
