Amends the loan document created with Montbello Volunteers of America (VOA) National Housing, Inc. for $585,000 in construction and permanent financing on an 86-unit, age 62+, and income-restricted rental community known as Montbello II VOA Elderly Housing, provides a change of address on the property, and inserts nonrecourse language in to the loan document as requested by the project’s equity investor (OEDEV – 201626314-00).
