Amends a contract with the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless by adding $1,937,450 in funding for a total contract dollar amount of $2,324,940 to support rental assistance for 240 units of housing for chronically homeless individuals living with disabilities through the Continuum of Care Housing First program.
