The Four Mile Historic Park is managed by the Four Mile Historic Park Inc, a 501c(3) operating under a Cooperative Agreement with the City and County of Denver. This agreement stipulates that any proposed fee changes will be submitted to the DPR Manager, with the Manager's recommendation on the proposal to City Council for consideration and action.
