A resolution approving a proposed Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Clayton Early Learning, Trustee, George W. Clayton Trust for Head Start Services for Program Year 2018-2019.
Amends a contract with Clayton Early Learning by adding $35,746 for a new total amount of $1,297,191 to provide for cost of living (COLA) adjustments and direct Head Start services to 201 children, citywide. No change to contract duration (201840634). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 11-5-18. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 10-10-18.
