A resolution approving a proposed Agreement between the City and County of Denver and ABX Air, Inc. concerning air cargo services at Denver International Airport.
Approves a use and lease agreement with ABX Air, Inc. for $4.75 per 1000 pounds of landed weight of aircraft per landing and for six months with two optional one-year extensions for air cargo services at Denver International Airport (PLANE 201842240). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-10-18. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 11-7-18.

ABX Air, Inc., will be providing air cargo services to DEN starting on June 6, 2018. They will not be leasing any space at DEN. The Use and Lease agreements contains all of the provisions for the airlines’ use of the airport facilities and the lease and/or use of gates and other support facilities. . Revenues are based on Rules & Regulations Governing DEN-Rule 120 Attached.
