Type and Scope of services to be performed:

The project includes the demolition and reconstruction of seats 1-20 in rows 1-18 of the amphitheatre. This will include new micro piles under the reconstructed seating areas to provide stabilization. The project also includes rebuilding the north and pulpit plaza gutters as well as installing new retaining walls and vegetation in those areas. Repairs to the South stair and row 69 are included. New stone facade will also be placed on the existing retaining walls down to the Visitor's Center driveway.
