The National Western Center Campus Management Special Revenue Fund will capture revenue from commercial tenants who have entered into a short-term leaseback agreement with the City and County of Denver for properties acquired for the development of the National Western Center. The Fund's expenses will include the costs of stabilization and activation of remaining structures In addition to revenue from commercial tenants, the Fund will also receive a General Fund transfer in the 2019 budget of $481,803.
