Approves the Mayoral reappointments of Jonathan Buerge, Austin Kane, David Kaufman, and Bahman Shafa, and the Mayoral appointment of Jennifer Hallinan, to the Downtown Denver Business Improvement District Board of Directors for terms effectively immediately and expiring 12-31-21 or until a successor is duly appointed. The Committee approved filing this resolution by consent on 1-29-19.
