A bill for an ordinance approving a proposed Amendment to Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Urban Drainage and Flood Control District to add additional funds regarding the Platte Farm Open Space Detention Basin.
Amends an intergovernmental agreement with Urban Drainage and Flood Control District (UDFCD) by adding $600,000 in UDFCD funds and $1,206,102.89 in City funds for a new agreement total of $2,606,102.89, for the design and construction of drainage and flood control improvements at Platte Farm Open Space at 49th Avenue and Grant Street in Council District 9 (201733020). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 6-17-19. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 4-9-19.
