Type and Scope of services to be performed:

The USACE’s construction of the Chatfield and Bear Creek Dams, in conjunction with urbanization, have altered the natural flows in the South Platte River by both reducing flood flows, as well as increasing late summer and fall base flows.  This agreement is for the design and construction of the projects as described in the Southern Platte Valley Ecosystem Restoration Feasibility Plan.  The program will restore lost fish and wildlife habitat in the South Platte River from approximately W Wesley Avenue downstream to W Mississippi Avenue.
