Adopts the Denver Parks and Recreation 2A Five-year Plan (2020-2024) to utilize the funds from the 2018 Ballot Measure 2A Parks and Open Space Sales Tax, which is dedicated to the improvement and expansion of Denver’s parks and recreation system.
