Approves an intergovernmental agreement with Town Center Metropolitan District for $2,288,063.85 to provide reimbursement for the city's portion of the 56th Avenue construction project from Ireland Street to Piccadilly Road and the final city payment to the District to extinguish the developer credit as detailed in the 2003 Development Agreement for Green Valley Ranch North in Council District 11(201950617).
