A resolution approving a proposed Agreement between the City and County of Denver and Norwegian Air UK Limited concerning nonstop service from Denver International Airport to London Gatwick Airport.
Approves a use and lease agreement with Norwegian Air UK Limited for rates and charges, plus landing fees through 12-31-19, plus two one-year options to extend, for nonstop service from Denver International Airport (DEN) to London Gatwick Airport (LGW) (201841143). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 8-26-19. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 7-24-19.

Type and Scope of services to be performed:
Norwegian Air UK Limited (NUK) assumed Denver International Airport (DEN) to LGW service for Norwegian Air Shuttle on 3/25/18. The purpose of this Use and Lease agreement is to establish NUK as a signatory carrier at DEN. NUK will not be leasing any new space at DEN. This contract is subject to the 2019 minimum wage and language has been added to this amendment.
