A resolution approving a proposed Second Amendatory Agreement between the City and County of Denver and IPS Group, Inc. to increase the amount and extend the term for on-street parking management systems, including installation and testing of meters.
Amends a contract with IPS Group, Inc. by adding $1.5 million for a new total of $21.5 million and adding one year for a new end date of 10-31-20 to provide technology for on-street parking management systems, including installation and testing of meters, citywide (CE95036). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 9-16-19. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 8-6-19.
