Approves text amendment #6 to the Denver Zoning Code to add a new Temporary Tiny Home Village use and associated regulations and procedures, updates and clarifies outreach procedures related to Large Development Review, and amends regulations for an affordable housing parking reduction. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 8-20-19.

This amendment would add a new Temporary Tiny Home Village use and associated regulations to Article 11 of the Denver Zoning Code, and community outreach requirements and procedures relating to this temporary use to Article 12. It would also update and clarify outreach procedures related to Large Development Review to align them with a similar procedure required for Temporary Tiny Home Villages. Finally, it would amend technical references in Article 12 for an affordable housing parking reduction.
