The Jackson St Storm Phase 1 project connects to the 14'x7' concrete box at the north side of Colfax Avenue and Jackson St, which was constructed by Public Works in 2009. The proposed project replaces a 90" brick main in vacated Jackson St. with 126" RPMP to 14th Avenue.
