Type and Scope of services to be performed:

DEN requested proposals to seek on-call, professional work over rig services for maintenance and regulatory reasons, at the DEN oil and gas wells. Bohler will provide work over rig services including crews, supervisors, pumps, tanks, blow out preventers, auxiliary equipment, miscellaneous services, and associated supplies. Work over rig services are required for remedial work and compliance with regulatory agencies.  The service is also required to permanently plug and abandon wells as well for wells that are temporarily shut in.  DEN was seeking up to two (2) on-call contracts. However, DEN only received one proposal from Bohler.
