Type and Scope of services to be performed:

This eighth amendment is to add additional contributions as follows: Urban Drainage and Flood Control District - $1,550,000 (new max. contribution: $3,900,000); CCD - $825,000 (new max. contribution: $4,275,000; Southeast Metro Stormwater Authority - $200,000 (new max. contribution: $700,000); and Arapahoe County - $1,000,000 (new max. contribution: $2,000,000). The Cherry Creek Corridor Improvement Project is a partnership between the City and County of Denver, Urban Drainage Flood Control District, Southeast Metro Stormwater Authority, and Arapahoe County to restore the creek and bring the regional trail up to standard. The amended total contract amount between all the partners is $10,875,000. The City and County of Denver is amending the IGA to add an additional $825,000 from Parks and Recreation funds to match to the partnership.
