The proposed resolution will allow the City to receive, appropriate and expend funds in the amount of $1,000,000to be received from Urban Drainage and Flood Control District (dba Mile High Flood District) as a pass-through entity for the South Platte River Upstream of Mississippi Avenue Project as part of the Six-Year Capital Improvement Program. These funds will be used for drainage and flood control facilities improvements extending from approximately along the South Platte River upstream of Mississippi throughout the City and County of Denver.

 

                     

 

This ordinance will establish a capital project appropriation as follows:

This agreement is a companion ordinance request to the request seeking approval of the IGA between the City and UDFCD for the USACE River South project and requires a bill request and budget ordinance, which should be processed together.
