This lease is for Swissport SAUSA LLC to lease space in a Ground Service Equipment Maintenance Building to support its operations at Denver International Airport. The area to be leased to Swissport is 7,484.8 sq. ft. of building space, 4220.1 sq. ft. of mezzanine space and 20,625.8 sq. ft. of ground space. Swissport will pay Denver International Airport’s Rates and Charges for the space. Annual rent to the City in 2019 rates is approximately $177,000 annually. Contract term is Date of Execution - 8/31/2022.
