Official Map Amendment to rezone .22 acres of a property located at 2220 Blake Street from R-MU-30 with waivers and conditions (a Former Chapter 59, Residential Mixed Use district) to C-MX-5 (Urban Center- Mixed Use- 5 Stories) in the Five Points Statistical Neighborhood. At the October 16, 2019 Planning Board public hearing, the Planning Board voted unanimously (7-0) to recommend approval of the request.
