Amends a contract with Gilmore Construction Corp. by adding $20,000,000 for a new total of $23,000,000 and four years and four months for a new end date of 12-31-24 for construction services including the completion of the TSA Central Monitoring Facility for the Great Hall Project at Denver International Airport (201626003). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 12-9-19. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 11-6-19.

Type and Scope of services to be performed:
Work will include the completion of TSA’s new Central Monitoring Facility (CMF) as part of the Great Hall Project as Gilmore has already performed all of the work on the CMF completed to date. Work may also include implementation of safety and security measures, as well as other enabling work to aid in the execution of the Great Hall Project. Additional scope may include all types of construction both inside and outside of the airport facilities as the airport's needs warrant. Work may include general tenant fit-outs, interior/exterior finish repairs, building improvements, plumbing, electrical, life safety, HVAC, or other general construction projects as deemed necessary.
