Amends a contract with Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. by adding $49,000,000 for a new total of $52,000,000 and two years and 8 months for a new end date of 12-31-24 for program management, including design quality assurance and construction oversight for the Great Hall Project at Denver International Airport (201630091). Type and Scope of services to be performed:
The Jacobs team will provide leadership, experience, and expertise to assist DEN in making the Great Hall program a success. Jacobs will augment the existing Great Hall team where gaps exist as we steward the design and construction processes, focusing on safety, the passenger experience and maintaining business continuity for airport operations. Jacobs will integrate with the DEN team and work with key stakeholders to accomplish the agreed vision and goals as an integrated team. The scope includes Key Leadership roles, Design Quality Assurance, Construction Oversight, and a Program Management Organization to establish procedures, governance, risk management and provide reporting to DEN as well as the public.
