Approves a supplemental appropriation of $1,300,000 from 2019 General Fund Contingency to transfer cash to the Capital Improvements and Capital Maintenance Project Fund to purchase property located at 4280 Kearney Street, known as Tooley Hall Residential Reentry Center, a community corrections facility.
